Frequently asked questions
A reservation requires a payment of 1% of the apartment's price. It is valid for a set period and can be extended. The email confirmation includes the unit sheet and documents.
It is a notarial deed that sets out the price, specification, date of transfer of ownership and payment terms. Payments go into an escrow account. Before signing you receive the information prospectus, the draft agreement and its appendices.
Yes. Changes such as moving partition walls or electrical points can be made until that work begins. You submit a request, we prepare a quote and schedule, and after approval we make the changes.
Payments are split into instalments tied to construction progress, as required by the Developer Act. You receive the detailed schedule with the agreement.
Once the occupancy permit is issued, we prepare a handover report. Any defects are recorded and fixed within an agreed time. Keys are handed over together with the complete documentation.
Yes, as designed for each development: outdoor spaces or spaces in an underground car park. Their number is limited, so it's worth reserving one together with the apartment.
